Your Health Check-In
By regularly Checking-In with a Loved One, over a video or voice call, your dedicated Richer Care Nurse will ensure important tasks such as activities of daily living (ADLs) have been performed, medicines and meals have been taken etc., and will support the Loved One in bolstering mental and emotional well-being, addressing issues such as loneliness and depression, amongst others.
The Family Guardian receives a Report after each interaction detailing the call summary and highlighting issues, if any, that may need further monitoring or intervention. Each Richer Care Nurse is a trusted and specialist Registered Nurse trained in Community Health & Welfare.

Each Health Check-In Plan includes a monthly appointment with a Senior Richer Care Doctor, over a video or voice call, to regularly monitor the needs of your Loved One.
Depending on the selected Plan, your Richer Care Nurse will Check-In with your Loved One to ensure their continuing well-being, as per the frequency below;
